Tried the chat. They continue to tell me to contact them and then tell me it's not returnable. After multiple calls to amazon the issue still isn't resolved.
I'm always a hesitant believer of bad reviews but then it happened to me. Each call lasts about 30-45 minutes and guess what……. Worst experience ever" "very dissatisfied.

My only complaint is not being able to write who it's from on the card if shipping directly to recipient.
These came so fast and were perfect for my kids' teachers.
