Pros

Eero pro 6 is easy to set up if you follow the directions. Eero system provides everything i could need and want and then some. Adding a third eero router in the sunroom produced 5 bars of wifi signal strength.

The pros outweigh the cons with some reservations for the tweakers. Still pretty impressive.

The app is very intuitive and straight forward. The control app for ios and android is easy to use.

Cons

My iphone would average around 1mbps (i have 1000mbps connection) even when it was right next to the router. It also seems to have a lot of issues with apple private relay causing my devices to regularly fall off the wifi.

After the eero install the iphone felt noticeably more sluggish and the battery drained faster. Factory reset eeros an modem to no effect. If you want set it and forget it internet with good coverage, eero (when it works) is great.

Amazon talks a good game but this product does not hold up to their advertisement. Save yourself the time and the hassle. What a disappointment.

I am a tech lover and love these and highly reccomend them.

I have not had that problem and have installed a simplisafe wireless security system with ring cameras which all runs on 2.

Now for the tip: the pro 6 uses a 27w power cable.
