Be patient and consistent with your dosing. Not smelly no * taste.

Intrinsically connected to body tissue, silica does more than simply boost hair growth. Biotin, also known as vitamin b7, stimulates keratin production in hair. My part is not as wide and i see shorter hairs along jt most of the time now.

Not going back to brand biotin and now sticking to this 5,000mcg. Good purchase.

Cons

Biotin causes severe acne and fingernails to break out. It's not just the farts, it's the smell of death coming out of my rear.
