I appreciate the high standards of manufacture and transparency in source ingredients. If i have cramps of any kind i take it and find they go away quickly. Update for just open amazon app and scan qr using scan barcode with camara.
These are wonderful and i’ll definitely be reordering. Most importantly, they are effective! Martins product. Excellent labeled and bottled. Really recommended as per my honest and unbiased customer experience!
Magnesium glycinate is well-tolerated and not too laxative. Chelated magnesium is magnesium that has been attached to amino acids. The fact that the magnesium is chelated helps your body absorb and metabolize better than standard magnesium pills.

Cons
One tablet of this glycinate contains only 38 mg of a mineral magnesium. I have severe leg and muscle cramps and was hoping this would help. These are ridiculous. As another reviewer stated, these are horse pills!

I have not noticed any difference in quality of sleep, neither by the app nor in how i actually feel,since starting the supplements.
But if you want genuine chelated you have to deal with the size.
Price
These are set at an excellent price.
Competitiveness
I think this product is good quality as a supplement, but the hard pill form rather than a gelcap slows down the release rate.
Would prefer a gelcap for easier swallowing.
Unfortunately due to the slow release of this pill form rather than a gelcap makes it not as useful as a sleep aid.
I was excited to find this product at a better price from a trusted supplier.

I cut these pills in thirds and that is more than i was able to take of other kinds of magnesium but it is starting to disagree with me now and one has to take magnesium so it is a terrible trial
