Pros

These are it! It’s a godsend. Pricing is also unbeatable. But packaging and value is great!

The dosage is 3 capsules per day. They're coated which makes them a delight to *. Taking l-lysine improves my overall health as well.

Vitamin c can help prevent and get rid of canker sores. In less than five days my cold sore was gone. I am optimistic that with the help of this supplement the virus will revert to a significantly more manageable level.

Cons

If this is lysine, it’s probably not the labeled strength or has way too much filler. I was fooled by the “1500mg” advertising on the picture of the bottle. The pills are huge and do not work as well as other lysine supplements i've tried.

The coating, or lack of coating, makes them nearly impossible to *. In the half second it takes me to gulp them down, they leave a horrible taste in your mouth.
