Pros

This vitamin has less cons than most. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals and then some. I also take a separate vegan d3 vitamin as i live in the midwest and winters can be pretty dark.

The price, convince and quality make these a easy choice for me. Worth a try for the price and quantity though. Are the reviews fake?

Cons

The pill is very difficult to *. These pills are compressed, not in a capsule. New version has inferior ingredients and now requires 2 pills per serving. I'm disgusted that this product switched to bio-engineered ingredients.

Just went back to amazon generic vitamins because these are too pricey for no discernable difference.

I have taken many different multivitamins and always come back to these.

It's probably one of the best-priced multivitamins for men on the market in comparison to the companies that overcharge for cheap quality.

The only thing i noticed where it's a little short on compared to other similar products is vitamin k.
