Pros
Very good quality multivitamin. No burping up anything. Ingredients seem to be high quality and are listed along with where the vitamin is derived from.
This is great based on the fact that it is only 1 pill.
Cons
Do not buy this multivitamin. I understand there really shouldn't be anything in a multi that should cause hair loss. These pills are compressed, not in a capsule.
Pill sticks to my esophagus. Had a few close calls where it went down sideways and just hurt as i swallowed. Turned within a week.

I have tried other brands like umzus testrox a testosterone support supplement which gave me terrible headaches and kept me out of energy all day long once i finally discontinued the use of it i got my life back tried some of their other products and never realized a benefit stay away from umzu

I picked this brand because i trust amazon more than most of the unknown sellers of vitamins many of which seem to have questionable quality

I cut them in half but it would be better if they just made them half the size and had to take two
