The cotton fabric is much thicker than that of hanes but the problem is that the neck needs to be an inch deeper to hide under most shirts unbuttoned

The listing states 100 cotton so if it shrinks that much i will return mine

The label on the back of the shirt says made in vietnam with no mention of fabric type

The only thing i do not like about this item is that when you order it you are forced to pick two different colors

I wish amazon would change this listing and make it like the amazon essentials crewneck tshirt where you can order a 2pack of the same color

Will update if theres a great deal of shrinkage particularly because it already is not the loose fit which the listing states it is

I will however reiterate that if you do not like anything but loose fit tshirts this is not for you
