Packaging/appearance
In the second photo you can see the button side seam was rolled during packing.
In one photo (right out of the bag) you can see the black flannel over a black amazon turtleneck, and the color difference is obvious.
Competitiveness
I compared it to my regular patterned flannels in the closet, and this is about normal for black flannel coloring/darkness.
You won't find a better value for a basic flannel shirt.
