Of course winter clothes being what they are if it we get a ton of snow one day i could probably just roll up the cuffs near the ankle and shove him in a bunch of heavy sweaters and make due but if wouldnt be ideal

I agree with another review that they are more snow pants with suspenders over a snow bin which adds to the adjustable level
