I am a 36b and the size m fit me as expected. It fits perfectly. Definitely recommend in your true size.
Pink cropped exercise tank is cute & comfy. The shelf bra has removable padding. This has an internal shelf bar with removable cups.
This is a great little workout top that has good coverage and does not require a bra. Perfect for indoor cycling and weight lifting. Got this for my gf.
The fit of the garment is well balanced and smooth. Lots of padding. The straps are in a comfortable position so that each movement was not hindered in any way. Supportive, and stays in place.

I prefer oval bra pad inserts because they’re easier to get in and out and this top came with dshaped ones
