Pros
The fabric is thick quality so its good for winter. The neckline is also quite flattering but also modest enough for work.
The medium after shrinking fits me perfectly. I'm short and a little chubby - ordered a large and it fits great. More endowed customers might find it a bit snug.
Cons
The color looks nothing like the delicate rose advertised.
