I started with a large postpartum but as my body changed from 220 down to 190 i found the medium gave more support for the ladies

Post partum my boobs grew and the m becsame too tight on me and so i have ungraded to l and xl and they all seem true to a regular size and fit

I do agree with some of the reviews about the straps not tightening enough but they don’t fall down on me
