Pros

The amazon fire tablet for kids is fantastic! The tablet's display is bright and clear, making it perfect for both educational apps and entertaining games. The parental controls are awesome.

Good battery life and lots of options. We like to use the 10 while at home or on trips where packing isn't an option. The battery life is good enough for 4+ hours of use, without having to plug it in.

The kid-proof case is a lifesaver. It is durable and withstands some of the toughest tosses. Extremely durable for children.

Cons

This is solely about the warranty, otherwise the device is fine. Nothing on the page says if it breaks, we send you a new one free. These are problems that have been complained about in online support tickets for years.

This “product” is an expensive paperweight. Push a button, wait ten minutes, rinse, and repeat. Actually ordered 2 but only unwrapped one.
