Pros

Thin and durable. Best tablet i have gotten my kids bought yet. Liked the one for little kid think age group 7 and under.

Cons

This kindle is junk. When amazon states worry free warranty it is anything but that. If its a in-warranty replacement they send you a refurbished one.

Amazon kids app never loads, kids profiles totally buggy. An annoying, constrained, buggy nightmare. Was not able to access majority of the game apps when theres no wifi. It says offline mode.

After 10 minutes with customer service all i'm told is there's a glitch on our end. The screen glitches still. Screen looks unorganized.

Save yourself from the frustration and move on to something else. Don't bother. Just quit working.

There's to many ads to purchase even on kids profile with the fire hd 10 pro tablet.

I do think the tablet is good for children, just wish they would have stood behind the warrenty.

If you use a card which extends a manufactures warrenty you would be better off.

If you are able, you can purchase a separate warrenty plan-i just could not afford it.
