Pros
The picture quality on this tv is awesome! The speaker on the tv has really good sound but i use a soundbar and sub just because that's what i prefer! Great colour and good sound. Tv is gigantic.
Alexa is also very smart. Can adjust the screen brightness, contrast, etc. When you connect to a hdmi port it knows and asks to switch. Set up my console video game and bluetooth to my speakers. I am not app crazy but it seems to be working out.
Cons
The app is a critical aspect of the user experience, yet it falls significantly short of expectations. Color is distorted at 20 degree viewing angle. This makes viewing a lot of content not optimal.
It frequently disconnects, bugs out, and is irritatingly slow. Random wi-fi disconnections are a recurring issue, requiring me to restart the tv for re connection. The sleep timer is useless and doesn't help with the issue.

Maybe mine is defective so hopefully it's not some kind of feature in all the tvs
