Fire tv os works great and is easy to sync with other amazon tv.
It's like having a cinema-quality experience right in my living room. Crisp picture, decent colours. Sound bar is the icing on the cake.
Quality of the screen is pretty good for an entre level 4k smart tv. Even my technologically challenged wife can navigate it with ease. Ex to change screen timeout/sleeper to be longer.
Cons
The screen panel of this product is terrible. Color is distorted at 20 degree viewing angle. The menus are pixelated and faded for several apps including netflix; it seems that they are incorrectly configured to run on a lower resolution. It's slow, c... Read More
The entire amazon quality, service is extremey low for the last few products received. Tv has very poor volume. Hardly loud enough to hear. Sound quality is mediocre at the best of times, and practically non-existant with certain apps.
Wi-fi disconnections are a recurring issue, requiring me to restart the tv for re connection. This only happens on the fire tv opening page. I have to fully unplug the tv to reset it before each use.
