Not sure why there's so many of those complaints. All 4 ports are in use. No bad surprises with this purchase.

Turning off hdr on both tv and roku, plus turning off dynamic brightness on tv ended up helping a lot. Apps seem to be optimizing quality as i use the tv more which helped a lot too. The * box had to be plugged into one of the hdmi ports and there is ... Read More

I find it absolutely ridiculous that one of the richest companies in the world won't even bother to help their customers. Overdue in my opinion.

Black isn't very sharp. It is not as clear as my old 5 year old tv for streaming. The color is dull even messing with every color setting possible. My 12 year old panasonic has a way better picture.

The big downside for me is the sound quality. My old lg tv’s have much better sound quality than this fire tv. The connectivity is awful.

I have no complaints the graphic quality is great.

This tv weighs next to nothing, takes two minutes to set up and once you add a wifi password, you are done.

If you aren't using a cable or antenna connection, going wifi into the free pluto tv app really rocks.
