Pros

I find myself satisfied with sharp picture quality and crisp sound. Picture quality is good for casual viewing.

Alexa cylinder in my bedroom picks up my voice (when speaking to the tv in the living room) and gets louder and softer. The smoothness of the os is alright. It's much smoother than that of many samsung tvs at a similar range.

Price to real time value, this tv absolutely slaps. Our lives dang near revolve around ordering things through amazon.

Cons

It drops the connection to wifi all the time. I constantly have to restart the tv and it’s not my wifi because all the other things in my house work fine. Purchased 4yr warranty and called the # listed on the warranty.

The menu is so laggy whenever i'm just scrolling tiles. Rebooting and closing the unused apps does not help. Apple airplay is not supported, and alternative applications are subpar.

It takes many tries to connect and then the connection is so unstable either the picture quality on the tv is skippy or there is no sound. Alexa randomly stops working and a reboot is required. Alexa is useless.

I couldn’t get happy with the sound quality whether music, movie or dialogue.

There is not a single flaw with this device , it even came with mounting hardware!

Price

This tv is a steal for the price.

This tv was a great deal for the price and its quality is so nice.

Even though i got it at a sale price id have gladly paid full retail after testing it out.

All in all, it’s prolly not worth $700 for real and had i not gotten it for free, i would a lot more disappointed.

Packaging was also sufficient and easy to unbox.
