Pros
This firestick is by far the easiest to use, the fastest downloads. The firestick is compatible with both and connects quickly. It has several newer easier to use features on it.
The 4k works well on our wifi and doesn't use up all the data. Never going back to satellite. It is pretty effortless using the stream.
Cons
The only way i can fix it is if i unplug it and replug it back in the tv. Restarted, unplugged, and even went to factory default.
As someone attempting to return to firestick after a few years away, i feel i was absolutely misled with this purchase. It * because firestick was always the way to go for me, but i can no longer recommend it.
Throwing it out, definitely not going to return with our info in it" "threw box away. Would not buy this one again.
The entire experience is ruined by a horrible and slow interface that is chocked full of ads. Walk away without selecting anything and ads start blaring. It feels utterly dystopian to be viewing ads before i’ve even glanced at my home screen.

Saves quite a bit of money and the fire stick has every app i need (and more)
