Pros

Pitcher is manufactured in poland and the filter in the uk. I love the indicator that tells you when it's time to change the filter. Great bang for the buck. Buy one from amazon.

Cons

Lid is awkward to take off and lip over the pour spout often fell off when removing the lid to refill. The plastic used is very brittle and the cap is so tight you must force it to snap on. The filter life gizmo on the lid is a total waste.

The lid and the reservoir are forever getting stuck, so refilling becomes a struggle. The filter just slides into a hole in the reservoir and sits there. The frosted piece where the filter sits in, comes out with it every time.

I feel like that is a deal breaker. This product is garbage. The product stinks. Waste of 20 bucks.

If i move my finger, that removes some support and stabilization. It is very flimsy.
