Pros
Dishwasher is excellent. Easy to install and operate. Amazon 8 place hassle free delivery from amazon. Lg, siemens, *, ifb and other have excellent produce support and service.
It is suitable for indian cooking utensils including aluminium, wooden, stainless steel. The cutlery basket has slots to keep one spoon separate from another. It consumes less water than washing by hand.
Cons
Planning to throw in garbage and buy a renewed brand dishwasher. Go for a 14place one instead.
If installation could not be done, how would be the future warranty services/ repairs/ spare parts? The system triggers a message to reschedule, but the link does not allow you toreschedule saying no slot available.
Every time amazon customer service say its escalated or trouble ticket raised wait for 2 more days. After that they frequently disconnects my call. It's pathetic how amazon shamelessly peddles damaged goods to people.
Spoons on the top tray is poorly cleaned. Not fit for indian family. Please don't buy amazon basics dishwasher. Never ever buy anything large appliances form amazon.

For heavily soiled vessels we need to wash slightly and then put it in the dishwasher for better results

Product worked fine for 15 days exactly after that it throws error e3 and i referred manual and followed instructions for troubleshooting but still no use
