Pros
Worked well with backlog of papers needing to be shredded but respected the machine. Arrived well packed and on time.
Boy am i well impressed with this one!
Cons
Used for few months for general shredding. Just shredding receipts etc. Hard pressed to do 3 sheets at a time.
Reviewer had to go and buy a branded shredder instead. Spoke to amazon via chat and arranged a return, had to pay postage. Was told i would be refunded.
It is noisy and overheated after few mins use. Take plug out of wall socket and get electric shock from the plug. Broke within 2 months.

I am very please with this product and at such a good price too!
Fairly priced and definitely recommend as a good buy.
It is a bargain at the price & hopefully it will last as long as my old one did.
Amazon basics brand are good value for money.

I ran it solidly for an hour and apart from emptying the bin it worked continuously

It works well for 3minuits with 4 sheets of a4 5 if the paper thin then its a half hour wait this is a nuisance if there is a lot to shred
