Strong enough to lift dual 21-inch monitors mounted on aluminum arms. Fit and finish is nice, this thing looks awesome. The rest of the desk is awesome.

Which means if somethings caught between the moving parts you cannot change directions to move back up. If you are caught between two moving parts, you cannot move up.
