I found these work very well and i am pleased with the results of my cabinets not slamming shut anymore.
this product was easy to install with the kreg concealed hinge jig.
Just replace our old ones with the soft close ones.

Its not bad but if there is no soft contact you will hear the door close and hit the cabinet box its wood on wood

The other con was that the spacegap at the hinges for the 12 inch over lay was out further than the original gap when looking at the hinges from the side of the door when closed

If the door calls for 3 hinges use 3 hinges
