Pros

Very sturdy. It also looks very snazzy. Exceeded my expectations. I am sure amazon will improve the shipping as well.

Comes in 2 parts with the keyboard stand needing to be slotted into the main structure - easy peasy. The keyboard and mouse tray stay in position relative to the desktop through all height adjustments.
