Pros
This cable's bi-directional functionality makes it much more versatile and valuable than most other usb-c to displayport cables.
Amazonbasics bi-directional usb-c to displayport cable works great. This cable is bi-directional however, i'm not sure why you would need to go from display port to usb-c.
Cable is 3 feet long and reaches my laptop with ease. The short length is fine for my desktop computing scenario.
Cons
It's possible it works in the opposite direction (and isn't really bi-directional as claimed) not recommended.

The only reason i can't give this cable a perfect rating is that its build quality doesn't particularly inspire confidence.

It's a cable, it works as advertised and the price is good.

Reasonable quality cable that does what it claims for less than competing products.
I'm running two displays on the host system: a 27in uhd display, and a 14in hd display that i run in portrait orientation.
So i connected my laptop over usb-c dp port to a 2560×1080 75hz lg ultrawide and it came up as the native resolution.

As this does certainly ensure connection and will prevent accidental disconnects from tugginghowever any user with a lip or molding covering your displayport opening on your monitor will have some issues disconnecting

You can use a display port enabled video card and connect to the usbc on the monitor and the monitor works great

I made the mistake of buying a usbc to displayport cable without realizing that it will not work in the inverse direction

It’s about 3 feet long and reaches my laptop with ease and when not in use it ticks away under the riser without protest
