Supports back and hips nicely when either on my side or laying on back. It has a medium firmness * described and with sensitive hips it is very comfortable for me.

It also helps keep me cool.

Cons

It has no firmness to it. It was sold as a medium-firm, but was soft and squishy.

Our backs ache horribly. After 2 months, this mattress sinks in way too much and is worn out.
