Pros
It really helps to organize documents.
Cons
Paper folder is not durable and would not hold 900 sheets as it claims. It won't close because the elastic is too tight. Have to rip plastic off the top of the divider, damaging the folder.
Go with the old-fashioned brown ones. I regret the purchase because eventually it will sit in the landfill and take 100 years to break down.

Edge of paper does not sit flat on the bottom and you have to adjust it every time
