Il est pas trop dure pour moi, ondirait vraiment un coussin orthopédique. This was purchased because of a family member's hamstring injury.

Very comfortable, cushion bounces back when you get off the chair (doesn't stay compressed)
We are using this cushion every day for many hours and so far it's not losing the shape or thickness so we are quite happy with it.
Once the physio treatments helped the healing along, the cushion was still in use because it is comfortable on firm, underpadded chairs.
He's a big man but it's holding up and returns it shape very quickly
Price
It is well priced, portable and useful.
I'm glad i choose it and it's at such a reasonable price, too.
