Pros
They come with tabs and inserts so you have a complete and professionally finished file cabinet system. They slide great and are good hanging folders. Comes with the tabs and labels for me to write down what. It's a hanging folder.
Cons
The quality is rubbish. The folers are soft, and rough, it's coarse paper. Doesn't fit a bankers box, very unfortunate.

Hanging folders are able to serve my needs but they are somewhat flimsy and may not hold heavy set of papers
