Its nice quality and compliments my office very well. The clincher. Is that this is a decent value for $100. Very happy with this sensible purchase.

It's not a recliner but it does lean back if you have the handle in the right place. The cushion on the arm rest are far superior than my $$$$ serta.

The smell of the funky material gives me a headache. The leather feel is horrible. Defective item, sockets and cutouts are wrongly placed. I have utter disdain and contempt with which the chair was packaged and shipped.

After only using it for a month the back's screw anchors are loose. The chair is loose despite trying to tighten it to the pedestal. I keep sliding down the chair, and my * slides forward, putting strain on my lower back.

Amazon, change arm design back or supply a better wrench. The allen * is too long to assemble the bottom easily. The holes barely align and i had to force the screws in, just to disassemble it right after to return it.
