Pros

I have knee and shoulder issues which this was good for. You have to target the hip where it starts. The relief is addicting, easy to create a habit!

I love the fact that it doesn't contain any toxic chemicals.

Cons

The foam also has 3 circle indentations. It is light as a feather, which a high-density foam bolster should not be. It’s light styrofoam balls held together by light coating of glue.
