It works, but i do feel like it's not the merv 8 it claims. It fits the return vents more snug than the filterbuy filters. These filters do a great job of really cleaning that out and providing fresh filtered air throughout the house.

Outer holding box is made of good quality polished cardboard. Filter fiber is interwoven with fine metal wire. Durable and collects all dust and pet hair.

Flimsy and do not filter at a merv 11 level as claimed. Could be any filtration level. They have no pleats and do nothing to stop pet hair or pet dander. After only about 3-4 weeks they seem to clog up and become quite noisy.

Shipping box damage impacts the filters frame and unable to install. The external cardboard frame is very thin, it's wise to hold it with both hands to avoid twisting it during installation.

There are so many other producers that offer a better product at the same or not much more cost. Overpriced low quality. Good filter build quality but pay attention to markings, that you get what you paid for.
