It seems this model is faulty at best, dangerous at worst. When i contacted amazon customer service, they told me i can only return it for a partial refund because i deleted it from my alexa app.

Don't bother looking online. Last longer than a year and b. Really disappointed. It's a piece of *.

Stay away from the amazon branded microwave as its a fire hazard and they don't properly back their products. It’s the slowest microwave ever. All of the presets are basically useless because they never got updated.

Warming up a 6 ounces cup of coffee takes far longer than it should. Defrosting on this this is horrendous. It's so inconsistent with heating. We mainly use it for popcorn and 90% of the time it burns.
