Pros
The chair itself is very comfy. Cushion is good. Comfortable and sturdy.
Quality wise chair is good. Quality is top notch for the price. Thank you amazon.
It has a good ergonomic back support, back does tilt a little bit. Base is cushiny, lumbar support is good and though hand rest are not adjustable but are perfectly placed on default setting. Am using fovera orthopedic back support with this.
Cons
The only thing adjustable is the height. Misfit armrests. No lumbar support.
Bought 2 chairs from amazon but installation was never done by them. They use to cancel the service request by themself and ask me to reschedule it. If uh want to disappoint ur customer den itzz f9.
No value for money. Not a daily driver. Dis is not money worthy also.

Reclining can be enabled or disabled reclining lock is not there which is justifiable for the price
