Pros
These covers are ideal for my two sets and two types of patio chairs - one set is the regular plastic slats and the other is more like the lounge version. It fits our stack of 6 chairs perfectly.
Cons
Sun has weathered the material and made it very thin. Lasted less than one year. Would not recommend.

Whilst i have no idea what the little belts at the bottom are for they dont seem able to buckle but that was not my purpose i just required the covers and have not tried hard to figure out the other perhaps advantage of the covers
