Pros
As with most cast iron utensils, gets better with use. Heats up quickly on electric hob. Base is flat and it heats evenly.
Cons
Perhaps it just isn't designed to be used on an induction hob.

Just cheap but very good, never had much luck seasoning my own ironware so only buy pre-seasoned stuff now.

Stuff can stick too it same as any other cast iron wearbut if you put some vinegar and water and bring to a low heatstir it round and it will lift off

Then wipe with soapy water rinseit dry it and then apply a thin layer of oil

I have several genuine le creuset frying pans and they always discolour and are hard to care for

Initially it seemed totally flat but i fear its not very thick and may have warped at bit where the gas flame hits in the middle

I tried it with an egg and it stayed in the middle but now it goes all over and results in more scramble than omelette

Needs to be dried well as soon as it is washed or the bottom gets very rusty tops well oiled so not so much a problem
