Pros

You need a small screw driver or ice pick to get the restrictor out - easy to do. Just first remove the rubber washer/screen and pull the restrictor out with needle nose pliers and then replace the rubber washer/ screen.

Works well and was delivered quickly. Of course, but be prepared to pay substantially more.

Easy to install, nice looking, and with an adjustable water flow. Sleek and snazzy looking.

Cons

The product is defective. No pressure at all. Even using microfiber towels that normally do not leave lint, the little rubber/silicone holes just cause little bits of fuzz to stick.

It looks nice and i'm sure the buyers saw a brand new rain shower head and went "ohh".

I just wish it came with the tape to help it get a good seal.
