Pros

Cables are stiffer compared to cat6a or cat5e, but that means that they are properly shielded. Upgraded the cables from my cable modem to my router, and router to desktop, from cat 5e to cat 7.

Cons

A dropped link causes the connection process to start over again between the fiber module and google box. The end of the plug is ridiculously cheap and doesn’t snap properly into my ethernet ports. It fits, it’s just loose.

The fact that this cable was the problem makes the quality of these questionable. Judging by the number of warehouse deal cables there must be a lot of others returning them. Do not recommend.

Had a cat5 or 6 in my gaming computer and upgraded to this.

I thought i had a good cable, it was a cat6 and it wasn't but a few months old.

Have not noticed any real difference from the cat5 cable i had.
