On arrival, it shows also a lot of marks, punches, dents and poor quality of manufacture. Returning this item and going to look for a better quality product.
The rubber has a pungent chemical smell to it. My whole house stinks like rotten butyl compound.

I bought a pair of 30lbs from another brand and the knurling is much less aggressive to the point where i find the 30lbs to be slippery

The 30lbs also are starting to loosen where the rubber meets the handle whereas the amazon dumbbells show no sign of this after 2 years of use

They do what i bought them for no looseness or no stink if youre someone who spend this much on a weight and the smell of rubber is what throws you off then youre just not mentally stong motivated or committed enough to continue any type of program with weights anyway
