Pros

Silicone mats are great for baking and heating. Easy to clean and easy to remove from baked goods. Makes cleanup easy especially when you are cooking or heating things with heavy sauce like ribs.

Cons

These cookie sheets are garbage. Just use parchment paper, save yourself the stomach ache. The mat is not durable.
