Pros
The arm mount is really good and has a high quality feel. Compare to other cheaper monitor arms it definitely is better quality monitor arm with ease of use.
The range of motion is great and it's easy to move around and maneuver. The arm makes the monitor just float in peaceful bliss without any movement. Very sturdy and tension is adjustable.
Only issue we have had is the tilt - one of them doesn't hold the tilt angle -- have to keep adjusting.
The package includes hardware to allow either clamping of the mount of the edge of a desk or mounting through a small hole in the desktop.
Cons
It's relatively easy to put together, though the instructions leave much to be desired. The range of motion is terrible as well. The instructions to set it up is not helpful either.

I find this arm to be too stiff even at the lowest tension settings.
Clamp the base on your desk, screw on the arm at vesa hole located at the back of your monitor, slide in the arm to the base rod.

For the price i paid, these are 5 stars.
Bang for your buck, this is a great monitor arm.
For the price - just wish there was a taller option like ergotrons.
Glad i paid the premium over the cheaper chinese mounts.
Shipping
The package came way earlier than the estimated time of delivery and am surprised that amazon left it in front of my unit's door.
Competitiveness
These are amazing monitor mounts that are identical to much higher priced clones.
Either this product uses the same technology as ergotron, or it is an ergotron with amazon branding.
