Pros & Cons
Pros
Holds my 29 inch widescreen in place with no issues. It's very sturdy, my monitor is not going anywhere, unless i want to adjust the tilt or joints.
The vesa mounting plate comes off of the articulating arm which makes mounting it to the display very easy. The mounting clamp comes with padding so that it doesn't mar the desktop to which it is attached. Great cable management through the vertical t... Read More
The articulation and range of motion is exceptional, its fully configurable. Rotation is very easy however tilt takes some muscle to adjust, even after loosening the set screw.
All the hardware is in a plastic bag with labels that correlate with the crystal clear visual instructions.
Cons
The kicker is that amazon refused to give me any kind of credit for the damage. The arm is only 12 inches compared to the vivo which was was 16 inches. Barely tall enough to hold my monitor above my keyboard. This is chinese made junk.
Amazon claims this will hold a 22lb monitor is outright false advertising. Says it can hold up to 22lbs but started to tilt and could not hold my 17lbs monitor. They say it's vesa compatible when they designed it terribly for mounting.

Price
For the money this monitor arm is excellent.
Honestly, i was skeptical about buying this amazon basics version, but the price was low enough to risk it.

Competitiveness
The vesa mount is also more secure compared to competitor products as well.
