Paper quality is there, although the spaces in-between the lines are slightly bigger than usual, but that's still fine.

Not enough that you cant use the page under it you certainly can however it may be difficult to use pages doublesided

Personally i write light and have had no problem using pages doublesided but if you press down hard when writing spend the extra few bucks and get a book with thicker pages
