Pros

I am still hot and cold shifting but it is noticeably more tolerable. No hot flashes or cycles of fluctuating chills and hot flashes.

Item is good quality and shipped on time.

I highly recommend it to everyone who is starting perimenopause. It is safe and doesn't have black cohosh. I rarely leave reviews but if this encourages another woman to try this and it works, this is time well spent.

I saw a reviewthat said that they taste terrible so i was worried but i waspleasantly surprised with the orange flavor it tastes like asupplement to me
