Pros

It almost completely got rid of my hot flashes. At times, i still get hot flashes, but my sleep quality has improved. Especially with fatigue and anxiety.

My suggestion is to stick with this product and don't get discouraged. Lol thanks for an amazing product. It took several months for it to become effective - just like the packaging says.

Cons

Skittles candy just got sued for their use of titanium dioxide. Msg is listed on the ingredients and that is bad for your health. This product contains titanium dioxide - and for that reason, i will no longer take it.
