Pros

Kellyann's perimenopause supplements. I just regularly take multivitamins even though studies have not proven any effectiveness, plus vitamin d as i live in the pnw.

Not only are they less severe, but i also find myself waking up feeling more refreshed and well-rested.

Thank gawd for amberen. Felt the difference. This stuff is a life changer. It's like a fog has lifted.

Give it a try, it’s better than suffering. There are two caveats to it working. It's a long term solution so it takes commitment.
