    You have to make sure you butter oil or grease the rings or the eggs will surely stick to them creating a messy situation

    Then i put the ring in the pan and turn the heat to medium and wait about 30 seconds then plop the egg in the ring

    Some egg sticking to the sides does occur but the egg can be eased off the rings when they are lifted

    I cook them until the top of the egg is somewhat cooked then ill remove the ring and flip the egg over
