Pros

I purchasd this item and after installing it the cmaera is awsome. Adjustable mount is a little finicky. Easy setup and ability to view the system on our iphone and ipads while traveling.

The default value is cvi for the amcrest dvrs. If you connect this camera to a dvr that uses tvi you'll get a black & white image, lots of reveiws mentioning this.

The store is in a 200 year old grist mill and we can see exactly what goes bump in the night down there! Love that. Good enough to tell apart a raccoon from a cat.

Cons

I am no electrician, but suspect the camera or cable had some faulty wiring in it. The other 6 are not only black and white but flashing repeatedly on screen.

Price

For the price you can’t beat it.

I love that i can replace the cameras one at a time for only $25.

This is a good camera for the money but be warned it's not easy to change the video output type.

Image quality is superior for price point.

It has a better picture than some of my other cameras that cost 4 times more.
